The Thornbrough System is 1-on-1 coaching, not a course you watch at the kitchen table while half-scrolling your phone. Each week is a 45–60 minute session built on the same arc: an honest opening question, a structured exercise you actually do, a closing reflection that consolidates what just happened, and a written homework assignment you bring back with evidence.
